Meet Heather Venenga ,

Heather is a bold visionary with a heart for storytelling, strategy, and helping others step into their next chapter—literally. As a bestselling author, dynamic speaker, and the founder of Profitable Pen Press, Heather empowers purpose-driven entrepreneurs to turn their lived experiences and expertise into published books and profitable brands. Her journey started in South Dakota, where she earned her bachelor’s degree at SDSU and met her husband, Rob. After completing her Master’s in Management in Nebraska, she spent nearly two decades in corporate America mastering high-level acquisitions, business turnarounds, and team growth inside regulated industries. But her heart always belonged to something more personal, more purposeful.

That moment came when she moved back to South Dakota to support her husband’s family farm—and found herself drawn to helping other farm families navigate financial challenges. She spent 10 years as a financial advisor, but in 2021, she felt the pull to share her own story. Her debut book hit #1 on Amazon, unlocking a new passion: showing others how to turn their knowledge into impact. That passion led her to launch American Harvest Financial in 2023 and eventually Profitable Pen Press, where she now combines business coaching, publishing expertise, and personal mentorship to help others leave their mark. Heather is driven, deeply grounded in her values, and fiercely committed to helping people prove their stories matter. When she’s not coaching or building big ideas, you’ll find her recharging with her family, fueling her love of learning, or chasing her next big adventure.

Meet Ashley Bandemer,

A proud mom, Midwest native, and the founder of The Bandemer Agency. With a background in marketing and a heart for helping others succeed, she built a virtual assistant agency that supports entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners behind the scenes so they can shine out front.

Her journey into entrepreneurship was inspired by her son, Carter, and fueled by a desire to create freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment — not just for herself, but for her team and the clients they serve. Whether it's managing inboxes, growing social media accounts, or keeping digital calendars under control, she believes in bringing structure, creativity, and a whole lot of Midwest hustle to everything we do.

When Ashley is not running her business, you’ll find her spending time with family at the lake, whipping up something sweet in the kitchen, or catching up on a Bravo show (guilty pleasure!).
